I would take the SP2022 in.357 Sig over my P220, P226 or P229 any day of the week. Lighter, more comfortable and factory 12 round magazines are still super affordible. The P30 has a great grip, but it also has an excessively high bore axis, MSRP and terrible trigger pull. The P30 is one of the few pistols that I was able to pick up completely cold, and shoot it better in a course of fire that I could my P226 had I had trained with for 10 years. Try looking at Todd Green's 100,000 round endurance test on the P30. I work for the Department of Interior, and in the last five years we have purchased over a thousand.

Hi,
![P30 Vs P229 P30 Vs P229](https://tacticalclips.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Sig-229-vs-HK-P30.jpg)
I am looking for a SA/DA pistol and have been looking at these three. I am a lefty and cross-eye dominant. I like each gun for different reasons but have been leaning towards P30L for being fully ambidextrous and John Wick of course. The Sig is nice but not great for lefties and the Beretta is a nice gun with a great track record but isn't as friendly for lefties. Can anyone vouch for the P30L or any other SA/DA guns that I should look at? Thanks
Edit: I’ve ruled out Beretta since a moves with that hammer that rubs against my hand. I played with a used p226 and man was that thing nice. My LGS no longer had the P30L so I couldn’t compare them but the 226 has made it a lot closer than I thought.
